Our Commercial Market includes area hospitals, health care facilities, education institutions, hospitality markets and municipalities. These customers have come to rely on HZ for all of their MRO supply needs. Our Commercial Projects Department is fully staffed to quote commercial lighting and gear projects of all sizes. We handle the process from start to finish: specification and take-off, information gathering, bidding, buyouts and project management. We can also assist in redesign or value engineering when appropriate, in order to find ways to lessen the overall project cost. Individuals in this department have been well trained in lighting and gear, but more importantly, how to put together a project that will go smoothly throughout the entire cycle. We are equipped to help in the fixture selection process that qualify for local utility rebates for several different programs, whether it be for new construction or a renovation project. We are partnered with Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Northeast Utilities and National Grid. We are also partnered with Mass Save on its Bright Opportunities Program through which we can provide replacement LED lamps at significantly reduced prices by incorporating downstream rebate incentives to distributor partners without the need for paperwork. These lamps are direct replacements for some of the traditional incandescent lamps typically found in recessed and track lighting, but not limited to.
